FSA Compliance

We will pass your information to one of our independent mortgage advisers dependent on the information that you provide us with. As soon as we have determined the actual adviser who is best suited to your given circumstances we will advise you via email as to who the adviser is with his/her contact details.

The selected adviser will then contact you by telephone or email. The adviser will also issue you with our ‘Initial Disclosure Document’ or IDD and our company’s ‘Terms of Business’.

Third Party Web Sites

We do not control any third party web sites, and are therefore not responsible for and cannot control their content. When you access third party web sites, you do so at your own risk. Indemnity

No Agency

The relationship between ourselves and you is that of independent contractors and no agency, trust, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.

Law

All disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Web Site will be governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Your Consent
